Summary: | Firstly, utilizing the polymerization reaction of epoxy monomer and aromatic amine to obtain various epoxy resin precursor polymers whose polymer chain segment contains hydroxide radical, then co-mixing it with isocyanate cross-linking agent in the solvent, rotating and coating film on the base material, under the proper condition utilizing said polymer film in which the hydroxide radical in the epoxy resin precursor polymer and isocyanate can produce cross-linking reaction to obtain the isocyanate cross-linked epoxy resin polymer covering material with good film-forming property, higher heat-resisting temp., moderate solidification condition and good light transmission property. Said polymer can be used in polymer modulator and optical waveguide device.
本发明公开了属于集成器件包覆材料制备领域的一种集成光器件用异氰酸酯交联环氧树脂类聚合物包覆层材料。先通过环氧类单体和芳香胺聚合反应,得到聚合物链段带有羟基的各种环氧树脂类先驱聚合物,再和异氰酸酯交联剂在溶剂中的共混,然后在基材上旋转涂膜,所得到的聚合物膜在适当的条件下,环氧树脂类先驱聚合物中的羟基和异氰酸酯会发生交联反应,得到异氰酸酯交联环氧树脂类聚合物包覆层材料。异氰酸酯交联环氧树脂类聚合物材料具有很好的成膜性能、较高的耐热温度和较温和的固化条件,且聚合物薄膜固化后不容易变形和皱裂,同时环氧树脂类聚合物具有很好的透光性能。该类型的聚合物应用到聚合物调制器和光波导器件中,取得好的效果,得到广泛的应用。 |
