Summary:如说明书所述的一种可不需经过几个步骤和/或分离许多产生不需要的副产物可能中间体的高收率和纯度地制备偏端霉素衍生物的方法。这些衍生物可用于抗肿瘤剂治疗肿瘤。 It is described a process for preparing, in high yields and purity and without the need of carrying out several steps and/or isolating many intermediates which could lead to undesired by-products, a distamycin derivative of formula wherein R is a bromine or chlorine atom; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The compounds of formula (I) are useful in therapy as antitumor agents.
