The method of preventing browning in plant tissue culture is to utilize the metabolic course of tissue culture product of non-browning plant to inhibit the browning of the easy-to-brown plant during tissue culture. The fast intermediate propagulum of the non-browning plant is cultured together with explant or culture of easy-to-brown plant, and the culture of the easy-to-brown plant is inoculated to the culture medium of 20-40 day cultured intermediate propagulum or to the culture medium re-compounded with the liquid culture medium with cultured intermediate propagulum to inhibit the browning of easy-to-brown plant during tissue culture or even to eliminate the browning. 一种防止植物组织培养中褐化现象产生的方法。其主要是利用组织培养中不褐化植物的组织培养物的代谢过程抑制易褐化植物培养中褐化现象的产生。将不褐化植物快速繁殖的中间繁殖体(以下简称中繁体)与易褐化植物外植体或培养物(以下简称培养对象)共培养，将培养对象接种于已培养过中繁体20～40天的培养基中和将培养对象接种于用培养过中繁体的液体培养基再配制的培养基中，均能有效地抑制易褐化植物组织培养中褐化现象的产生，甚至消除褐化现象。
