Summary: | The amplifying device is composed of the wave front recording device and the reconstruction device. The wave front recording device consists of the laser light source, the telescope, the beams splitter, the reflector, the specimen to be measured and the recording media. The reconstruction device consists of the helium-neon laser light, the telescope, the semitransparent and half reflecting mirror, the holophote, the negative rack, the lens, the diaphragm and the receiver. First, the holograph containing the phase information of the object by using the wave front recording device is processed in dark rooms. Being dried, the holograph is put into the negative rack of the reconstruction device to carry out the reconstruction. With one or multiple times of reconstructions, the phase referenceis magnified to lambda/100. |
