Summary:The method for preparing pheophorbide A and pheophytin C by using seaweed includes the following steps: grinding raw material to make pulp, extracting by using organic solvent aqueous solution, separating chlorophyll A and C, using acid to make treatment to obtain pheophytin A solution and pheophytic C solution, and using liquid-phase acidity gradient method to treat the pheophytin A solution so as to obtain the invented pheophorbide A. It is characterized by that its raw material is seaweed, after extraction it can adopt oil-water separation method to separate out the chlorophyll C, and saidinvention can obtain high-purity Pha and Phc.
