Summary:The present invention is the control chip set of computer system and its memory access balcning method. The control chip set includes one geometrical engine and one control circuit; and partial functions are shifted from 3D drawing card to the control chip set to simplify the design of 3D drawing card. The geometric engine possesses partial 3D drawing functions, such as spatial conversion, lighting and sorting; and the control circuit controls the flow direction of 3D drawing commands to make the geometrical engine effective. The present invention can lower the cost of drawing accelerator. Inaddition, the memory access balancing method can balance the access of the system memory in the control chip set and the access of the local memory in drawing accelerator to raise the highest passingpower of 3D drawing command.
