Summary: | The heat exchange component consists of double-dimensional corrugated plates. The large corrugations and the small corrugations are made on the corrugated plate. The small corrugations are produced on the large corrugations. The large corrugation and the small corrugation can be in same directions or in crossed set up. The large corrugations are utilized to meet the requirement of high flux of the liquid. The small corrugations are utilized to meet the requirement of enhancing the heat transmission. The invention compromises the fluxes between inside and outside the plate, enhances the heat transfer and mass transfer effects so as to increases the heat transfer efficiency. |
