Summary:A C60-carried medicine, C60-AEDP-(1-amino-1-methyl-1,1-biphosphonic acid), and its application in preparing medicines to treat osteopathy are disclosed. Its synthesis reaction takes place in heterogeneous system, where ammonium tert-butyl hydroxide/ammonium tert-methyl hydroxide is used as phase-transferring agent to carry AEDP in organic phase to synthesize C60-AEDP. Animal experiments show thatit is mainly stayed in bone.
