Summary:There is a kind of multichannel high-precisio nvoltage and ringing current measuring equipment including the input-protective&port-selection circuit, system self-calibration circuit, measurement range conversion circuit, anti-jamming circuit and conversion selection circuit which are connected in order, and there are the A/D self-calibration circuit and waveform conversion circuit linked on the above conversion circuit interface, and the above A/D conversion circuit exchanges information with a drive and control circuit, and the above waveform conversion circuit is linked with the drive and control circuit, and the equipment has advantages of fast testing speed, high testing accuracy, wide measuring range, multiple testing channels, steady performance and so on, furthermore, to adopt the equipment without external conjunctive circuits just can realize the multichannel wide-range voltage measurement.
