The present invention relates to a non-memory cold-deformable plastic product. It can be prepared by using single plastic material, and is characterized by that it can use a semicrystalline of crystalline thermoplastic plastic semifinished product and makes it undergo the process of extension treatment under the condition of that the temp. is less than melting point of said semifinished product to make the original elasticity of said semifinished product fade away to obtain the invented product. Said invented product can be a binding wire or tape which can be bent and can be twisted, can be ahollow tube which can be folded and can be used as packaging material or can be an artificial stem which can be bent for supporting any thing.
