Summary:The magnetic dressing machine includes separating ring and magnetic poles and features the double pulse equipment, which is below the separating ring and can output tailing and middling by means of its two ore flow shocking frequencies. The double pulse equipment consists of double pulse mechanism, tailing bin and middling bin and the double pulse mechanism is outside the tailing bin and midding bin and connected to ground via the frame. By means of the liquid power and the magnetic force, minerals with different magnetism are separated effectively. The double-pulse equipment can be used to obtain high-grade mineral concentrate while reducing the grade of tailing and obtaining some middling and is especially for processing several minerals with different magnetism.
