Summary:The invented method treats a software or code of network site, which are original region related by using of automatic or semi-automatic syntax parsing process. The method divides codes into two parts: one is internationalized code file, which is not region related, the other is a resources packet, which is specific to the original region. The funtion of the original code takes effect by united execution of the internationalized code and the resources packet. The resources packet can be converted to the resources packet used in other relevant regions without limit of region number. Each converted resources packet works with the internationalized code together to make the original code suit to another region.
