Process for screening ApoAI from human all-genome Cosmid library by PCR technique to express all genes

A process for using PCR technique to screen ApoAI from human cosmid library of hologrnome for expressing hologene is disclosed. The partial sequence of ApoAI is used as positive index. The ApoAI screened by Pool Dilution method can be used for transgenic animal.
