Summary: | The method for reducing energy consumption of synthetic ammonia ice maker is characterized by that the liquid ammonia coming from liquid ammonia receiving tank can be respectively passed through the gas saturator, and come into the gas separation tank, then the gas aommonia is sprayed into the inlet gas of second and third section of synthetic aommonia ice maker. By said invention, ammonia addition, quenching and saturation and liquid ammonia gasification can be used to absorb heat so as to attain reducing gas temp. of inlet of synthetic ammonia ice maker and reducing gas inlet temp. of synthetic ammonia ice maker, and it can save power 4684 kw/hr. At the same time, it can reduce the heat lead of synthetic ammonia circulation heat-exchanger, and can raise quality of product ammonia. |
