Summary: | The method for preparing bituminous resin by using heavy residuum includes the following steps: using furfuraldehyde as solvent to make liquid-liquid extraction of heavy residuum to enrich aromatic hydrocarbon fractions and obtain rich aromatic fraction and lean aromatic fraction; then making the rich aromatic fraction, terephthalyl alcohol and benzaldehyde produce low-temp. synthesis reaction under the condition of methyl benzenesulfonic acid as catalyst to obtain B-stage bituminous resin; making the B-stage bituminous resin undergo the process of hardening reaction to obtain c-stage heat-resistant bituminous resin. The heat resistance of said invented bituminous resin is idnetical to that of optimum polyimide, in particular. It is superior to polyimide in heat resistance at high-temp. of 800 deg.c, and its cost is lower. |
