Its main technical scheme includes the following procedures: in the waste water discharged from rectification process adding at least equivalent oxidation substance matched with hydrazine hydrate and ammonia existed in the waste water to make the hydrazine hydrate and ammonia react with oxidative substance and convert into nitrogen gas and water, and the nitrogen gas can be directly discharged into atmosphere.
