The invention provides a multicomponent sea weed iodine nutrient tablet, comprising organic sea weed iodine 2.5-3.5kg (by weight ratio), organic selenium starch 15-25kg, selenium 0.5-1.0kg, natural colouring matter 0.3-0.6kg, and natural perfume 0.003-0.005kg; the said sea weed iodine is prepared by washing the natural sea weed, steaming, sterilizing and maturing under temperature of 90-110 Deg C, adding aminoacetic acid with the weight 3-5% of that of natural sea weed for softening, then purifying, removing odour, decolouring with active clay, dewatering and getting the product. The invention provides the multicomponent sea weed iodine nutrient tablet which comprises essentially sea weed iodine, and microelement such as selenium and zinc and multivitamin and polyose. The product can supplement the iodine shortage for human effectively, and at the same time supplement a plurality of microelement and vitamin to improve the body immunity.
