Summary: | The invention provides a micro-alloy cast steel with the mechanical property of seasoning mechanical structure steel. The cast steel comprises basic element iron and alloy elements C, Ti, V, Mn, Cr, and Si, wherein the content of C is 0.1% to 0.5%, the content of Ti is 0.05% to 0.2%, the content of V is 0.05% to 0.2%, the content of Mn is 1% to 2.5%, the content of Cr is 0.5% to 1.5%, and the content of Si is 0.5% to 2.0%. The preparing process comprises: smelting: adding C, Ti, V, Mn, and Cr according to the content; casting: controlling the solidification speed and the cooling speed after solidification; controlling normalizing: keeping the temperature of 900 C. to 950 C. and controlling the cooling speed of 1 C/s to 3 C/s; shot blasting. |
