Summary:The invention belongs to macromolecule modified material relating to a kind of PVC vitreous enamel plastic powder material and its producing method. The powder material is vitreous enamel powder material used for instrument panel outer cover, which is made by dry-mix method with PVC as parent metal and added several kinds of auxiliary agents. Tested according to the TL52296 Standard of Volkswagen AG., after heating stored for 500 hours at 120 Deg. C, its performance is: breaking strength changing rate 24.3, (which is 77.0% of imported products, and no more than 45% of standard), break elongation rate 70.9%, (which is 22.6% of imported products, and no more than 30% of standard).
