The present invention uses solid acid as catalyst, under the conditions of reaction temp. of 160-240 deg.C and pressure of 3.0-6.0 MPa makes mixed butene implement oligomerization reaction, controls reaction pressure and critical pressure, and makes their ratio values be greater than or equal to 1, and makes reaction mixture implement oligomerization reaction in supercritical and near-critical state from inlet or reactor along catalyst bed layer in turn, under the condition of retaining high conversion rate and high selectivity, the said invented method features long service life of catalyst,and can be extensively used in industrial production.
