Summary: | A monocrystal beta-Zn3BPO7, its preparing process and its usage are disclosed. Said crystal has the size of at least cm class, 0.69 pm/v of non-linear coefficient, light-transmission wave range of 250nm-2500nm, negative single axis and 5.0 of Mohs hardness. It is prepared through pretreating raw materials, loading in crucible, melting and growing. Said crystal can be used to make frequency multiplier, frequency converter, and photoparametric oscillator. Its advantages are low viscosity of its molten body, easy growth at high speed, high transparency and low cost. |
