The present invention provides a semi-penetrated liquid crystal display panel. Said liquid crystal display panel has penetration zone and reflection zone, and said liquid crystal display panel includes upper base plate, lower base plate, reflection plate, first liquid crystal layer and second liquid crystal layer. the lower base plate and upper base plate are opposite the reflection plate is formed on the lower base plate and positioned in the reflection zone, and the first liquid crystal layer and second liquid crystal layer are sealed between upper base plate and lower base plate, the first liquid crystal layer is correspondent to the penetration zone and the second liquid crystal layer is corresponent to the reflection zone, and in the second liquid crystal layer a chiral material is doped.
