Summary:The present invention is characterized by that plasticized plastic are used as raw material, and the following steps are adopted: plastisizing said raw material, squeezing it into die equipment to form hollow tape material, cooling and forming, at the same time extruding out binder and squeezing it into die equipment to form binder layer, feeding both them into forming machine parallelly and spirally winding them to form internal and external pipe walls and spirally-communicated hollow sandwich sandwiched between them and cutting to obtain the invented finished product. The special-purpose equipment includes relates machines, die equipment and devices, which can be formed into production line. It has the advantages of simple process, less equipment, high product strength and light weight,etc.
