Summary:A butterfly valve of high temperature and high corrosion resisting is designed in optimum parameters by the computers with special geometrical structure to get a minimum monent of force in on and offfor achieving null friction and leakage. The seal assistant is applied 316 stainless steel with butyl sandwich layer and it is to be treated in special process to let it have the characteristics of high temperature proof, corrosion resisting and long service life. The valve has large flow pass area, small coefficient of flow resistance and an adaptation for the impaction of the low and medium pressure fluid. The flow volume of CV value is appoximately equal to the percentage performance when the opening of the valve is at 10% degree to 70% degree.
