Summary: | A calcium-enriched additive is the reaction and swelling product of 25-40 % concentration dilute phosphoric acid and calcium hydroxide in the ratio of 10-15 ml to 10g, and has an effective calcium content of 38-45 %. Great amount of heat and vapor released during the reaction between phosphoric acid and calcium hydroxide is utilized to swell the produced calcium powder, and the calcium powder with lower density is suitable for being added into wheat flour as well as rice powder and other coarse food grain powders. |
