Summary: | The present invention discloses one specific DNA sequence of oriental vole, which is one Japanese blood fluke resisting related gene sequence. Through designing primer based on mouse H2 extron 2 and its two-side sequence to amplity oriental vole genome DNA, measuring sequence of amplified product and designing and synthesizing inner primer to perform in vitro amplification of oriental vole genomeDNA, specific amplification band is obtained. The sequence analysis shows that Japanese blood fluke resisting related gene sequence exists only in oriental vole genome and has one polypeptide chain-encoding extron. The related gene sequence may be utilized in gene sorting, species identification and determining molecular genetics mark, and has important application value in preparing gene medicine resisting Japanese blood fluke. |
