The present invention provides a mobile handset with camera to realize the character recognition process with good precision. When the user has to incline the text bar of the recognition object in the image, or the character description directions have the vertical and horizontal types, in order to obtain the correct character recognition result, the user has to specify the direction matched with each character row, and this operation will increase the loading of user's indication and correction. Moreover, for searching with Japanese character recognition and using the recognition result as the key word, because there is no character space as the English word, it will increase the loading problem of the user to indicate the searching object word. The object of the present invention is to suitably correct the incline of character row, and display the indicator of the incline of character row on the screen of the mobile handset; or, to search with the Japanese character recognition and the recognition result as key word for specifying object word by means of the morphological analysis result and the position information for the cursor.
