Summary:A fastening mechanism of a fuel cell includes a pair of end plates for supporting the fuel cell stack by respectively being mounted to both ends of the fuel cell stack. A plurality of fastening bands elongated in an accumulation direction of the fuel cell stack pressurize the end plate by a predetermined pressure. Such a fastening mechanism enables uniform pressure on a separator and enhances sealing of a fuel cell stack.
