Summary: | The present invention relates to a method for determining position of supporting roller of rotary kiln with laser and its apparatus. It is characterized by that it uses the equipments of laser collimator, supporting roller axle center magnetic centring device, laser rectangular spectrometer, rectangular refractor, slide scale and microcomputer with special-purpose program to measure the space position parameter of one side of axle centre of two supporting rollers, then mesure the space position parameter of another side of axle centre of two supporting rollers, the above-mentioned operation process is repeated at all supporting roller positions in turn so as to can measure all space positions of all supporting rollers, so that all the parameters are inputted into microcomputer and the actual axis of kiln cylinder body can be automatically calculated, and relatively to the devergence of collimation axis the axis of the kiln can be regulated. Said invention is simple, high in measurement accuracy, and the error of measuring central point of kiln cylinder body is less then or equial to 1.5 mm, and its cost is low. |
