Summary:The monitor includes several screen control switches and one I/O circuit connected to a computer and one processor connected to the screen control switches and the I/O circuit. It tests whether or not one common interface of common serial bus standard is set between the I/O circuit and the computer. When the screen control switches operate and the interface has not been tested, the processor operates in upper screen display mode based on hardware to regulate computer screen characteristics; and after the interface is tested, one command is produced and designated to a screen control switch for being received by the computer via the interface.
