Summary:The present invention discloses a post-expanding prestressed tubular concrete pile suitable for the foundation of building on soft ground. It is composed of main body, prestressing bars, pile tip head and top cover plate. The pile tip head and top cover plate are used as the prestress anchor of prestressing bars for applying prestress to pile before driving the pile. Said prestress is temporary. After the pile is driven into ground, the prestressing bars and top cover plate can be taken out for reuse. Its advantages are high quality of pile and saving steel.
