The blank pipe heating method for blowing polyethylene glycol terephthalate plastic bottle by adopting two-step method includes the following steps: placing the blank pipe in the heating furnace, after the auxiliary electric heating rod is inserted into the pipe cavity of blank pipe, simultaneously heating or after the blank pipe is heated for a certain time in the heating furnace, the auxiliary heating rod is inserted into the pipe cavity of the blank pipe,then simultaneously heating for a few minutes, so that the blank pipe can receive the thermoosmosis of electric heating furnace from extrior to interior and thermoosmosis of auxiliary electric heating rod from interior to exterior, therefore the whole blank pipe wall surface is heated uniformly, and heated temp. is uniform. It can greatly raise the transparency of plastic bottle made of PET with different volume and its rate of finished products.
