The present invention relates to a formula of kelp (brown alga) vermicelli (floor food) and beverage and its production process. Said production process includes the following steps: soaking kelp in water, cleaning, decoloring, grinding to obtain thick liquid, filtering, mixing the filtrate with flour according to a certain proportion and making them into kelp vermicelli product, etc., also can sterilize the above-mentioned filtrate and adding the sterilized filtrate into beverage so as to obtain the kelp beverage. Said invention is simple in production process, low in cost, its products contain rich iodine, so that they are favourable for health of human body.
