Summary: | The regeneration process for molecular sieve catalyst in catalytic cracker in oil refinery includes the steps of: regeneration in the first regeneration tube, separation in outer rotary separators and flowing out from the buttom, regeneration in the second regeneration tube, heating in outer heater; and reaction in riser reactor. Its burning period is below 10 sec and burning strength is as high as about 10 times that of available technology so as to maintain excellent selectivity and high activity. The said process is suitable for regeneration of molecular sieve catalyst. |
