The purpose of the present invention is to accurately predict the effect of a drug when the drug is administered to a subject. A prediction system is provided with: a storage unit that stores subject information relating to a bone of a subject; and a reception unit that receives drug effect prediction information relating to the effect of the drug when the drug is administered to the subject. The subject information includes at least a medical image of a bone captured by the subject.
