Summary: | The gland sensor comprises a mounting bottom plate, a small cup, a heat conduction cover, a spring, a clamping pin, a clamping hole, a heat conduction plate, a thermistor and a working part. The thermistor is adopted to replace traditional magnetic steel to serve as a temperature sensing element, temperature limiting control can be achieved by directly connecting the thermistor with a working circuit, the situation that the sensor loses efficacy due to magnetic loss of the magnetic steel is avoided, and the reliability of the sensor is improved; meanwhile, the structure of an outer cup and an inner cup of a traditional sensor does not need to be changed, and cost is saved.
本发明公开了一种压盖传感器,包括安装底板、小杯、导热盖、弹簧、卡脚、卡孔、导热板、热敏电阻和工作。本发明采用热敏电阻代替传统的磁钢作为感温元件,通过热敏电阻直接连接工作电路即可实现限温控制,不会出现磁钢失磁导致传感器失效的情况,提高了传感器的可靠性;同时又不需要改变传统传感器外杯和内杯的结构,节约了成本。 |
