A monitoring hub may monitor a health status of a subject wearing a wireless wearable device. A monitoring hub may access wireless configuration data received from a remote server. The monitoring may establish wireless communication with the wearable device based on the wireless configuration data to wirelessly receive real-time physiological data from the wearable device. A monitoring hub may receive historical physiological data from a remote server. The historical physiological data includes physiological data collected by the wearable device and/or physiological data communicated from the wearable device to another monitoring hub prior to establishing wireless communication between the monitoring hub and the wearable device.
