Summary:A monitoring hub may monitor a health status of a subject wearing a wireless wearable device. A monitoring hub may access wireless configuration data received from a remote server. The monitoring may establish wireless communication with the wearable device based on the wireless configuration data to wirelessly receive real-time physiological data from the wearable device. A monitoring hub may receive historical physiological data from a remote server. The historical physiological data includes physiological data collected by the wearable device and/or physiological data communicated from the wearable device to another monitoring hub prior to establishing wireless communication between the monitoring hub and the wearable device. The monitoring hub may generate user interface data for presenting a user interface including real-time physiological data in conjunction with historical physiological data to reduce monitoring gaps between the historical physiological data and the real-time physiological data. 监测中枢可以
