The method comprises the steps of obtaining remote sensing data and geographic information data of a to-be-analyzed crop area; a series coupling model of a hydrological model and a hydrodynamic model is adopted based on the data, the dynamic process of flood disaster spreading is simulated, and raster data of the flood inundation process is output to serve as indexes of crop flood vulnerability evaluation; during evaluation, an eight-index simplified index system is adopted, and the regional crop flood vulnerability is obtained by taking a grid unit as an evaluation scale; wherein each index comprises three dimensions of a disaster-pregnant environment, a disaster-inducing factor and a disaster-bearing subject; the disaster-inducing factors adopt water depth, duration and flow velocity output by the model.
