Described herein, in part, is a method for treating a disease or condition associated with aberrant function or activity of a T-type calcium channel, such as idiopathic tremor, in a subject in need thereof, comprising administering a T-type calcium channel inhibitor in combination with at least one of propranolol, primidone, topiramate, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
