Summary: | A synthesis gas heat exchanger plant has a radiation cooler, two convection coolers, a raw gas/clean gas heat exchanger, a raw gas/inert gas heat exchanger and at least one separator. In the new design, following the radiation cooler (1) on both sides, there is a convection cooler (23) and a raw gas/inert gas heat exchanger with connecting lines (2) above. The transition sections (3) are vertical or inclined. The convection cooler, raw gas/clean gas heat exchanger and the raw gas/inert gas heat exchanger are equipped with soot blower systems (13). The lower connection lines include a raw gas mass flow controller (7) and are connected to a separator (11). A variant based on similar principles is described. |
