A specific molecular target combination and autoimmune cells of a subject are co-cultured and then are transfused back into the body of the subject, so that targeted killing of tumor cells is realized, and the purpose of treating tumors is achieved. The dendritic cell (DC) load positive rate activated by the molecular target combination is greater than 90%.
