Summary: | The invention discloses a preparation method of a flexible microneedle electrode based on regenerated silk fibroin. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) preparing a regenerated silk fibroin solution; 2) adding a waterborne polyurethane solution, a silver nanowire dispersion liquid and a cross-linking agent into the regenerated silk fibroin solution, uniformly mixing, and then cross-linking; and 3) pouring the cross-linked mixed solution into a PDMS mold containing a needle-like micropore array, removing bubbles in the solution under a certain vacuum degree, drying in a drying oven, and demolding to obtain the regenerated silk fibroin microneedle electrode. The microneedle electrode has good flexibility and good biocompatibility, and has a wide application prospect in the fields of skin-attached electronic devices and the like.
