Summary:Provided herein are anti-PILRA antibodies having highly desirable selectivity: comparable binding to machin and human PILRA proteins, but much weaker binding to human PILRB proteins, and binding to both PILRA G78 and R78 variants. The binding and selectivity profiles of the antibodies described herein allow them to be used in animal studies (e.g., monkeys) without relying on alternative molecules, and may also be used in treating a subject with any PILRA variant.
