The invention relates to a fusaric acid holoantigen, a detection test strip and an identification method of saffron pathogenic bacteria. The fusaric acid holoantigen is obtained by coupling acylating chlorination fusaric acid and carrier protein; the fusaric acid detection test strip comprises a bottom plate, and a sample pad, a conjugate release pad, a reaction film and an absorption pad which are sequentially arranged on the bottom plate, and a detection line and a quality control line are arranged on the reaction film; wherein the conjugate release pad is coated with a fusaric acid specific antibody-fluorescent microsphere marker, the detection line is coated with a fusaric acid holoantigen, and the quality control line is coated with a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody. The immunogen and the coating antigen are prepared from the structure of the fusaric acid, then the fusaric acid specific antibody with high specificity and high affinity is screened, the specificity is good, the developed fusaric acid de
