Summary:The invention provides a yarn winding machine. The yarn winding machine (1) is provided with a turntable plate (40) and a switching device (70). The turntable plate (40) switches between a first state in which the yarn (93) is wound on the second bobbin (92) to manufacture the package (94) and a second state in which the yarn (93) is wound on the second bobbin (92) to manufacture the package (94). The switching device (70) is provided with a winding yarn guide, a limiting yarn guide and a separation suppressing yarn guide. The winding guide presses the connecting yarn (93a) and winds the connecting yarn (93a) on the second bobbin (92) during switching. The limiting yarn guide limits the movement range of the yarn (93) on the side of the second bobbin support (92) in the axial direction of the second bobbin when the connecting yarn (93a) is broken during switching.
