The invention discloses an electrostatic dust collector driving method, a driving circuit and a controller thereof, and the method comprises the following steps: a main control unit sets an intermittent starting signal according to a preset frequency and a preset pulse width, enables an oscillation unit to generate a driving signal according to the intermittent starting signal, and enables a current and voltage sampling unit to carry out sampling detection on the driving signal; the main control unit obtains a sampling detection result fed back by the current and voltage sampling unit, and if the sampling detection result is abnormal, the main control unit outputs a shutdown signal; when the water vapor content in the environment is high, the main control unit sends an intermittent starting signal to the oscillation unit, so that the oscillation unit generates high-voltage pulse corona discharge with a steep leading edge and a narrow pulse width, the electric field quickly enters a working state, and then the
