Summary: | The invention provides a nanoparticle for loading and/or delivering polypeptide by taking a PEG10 short homologous isomer as a carrier as well as a preparation method and application of the nanoparticle. The nanoparticle is formed by coupling and self-assembling a first recombinant protein containing the PEG10 short homologous isomer and a second recombinant protein containing the loaded and/or delivered polypeptide. The invention also provides application of the nanoparticles in preparation of vaccines and intracellular therapeutic drugs. The nanoparticle delivery mode antigen provided by the invention can activate and generate efficient immune response, is expected to be used as a safe, universal and efficient endogenous recombinant protein delivery carrier, and improves the safety and immunospecificity of delivered vaccines.
