Summary:The invention provides a backflow prevention valve and a sanitary washing device with good sealing performance. This backflow prevention valve (1) is provided with a housing (2) and a valve body (3). The valve body (3) is provided with a vertical cylinder (31), a cover (32) formed on the upper portion of the vertical cylinder (31), and a rubber body (33) attached to the cover (32). The cover (32) and the vertical tube (31) are integrally formed. The vertical cylinder (31) is provided on the outside of the inner cylinder (23) such that the inner cylinder (23) is inserted into the vertical cylinder (31). The rubber body (33) has a plate shape that is recessed from the outer peripheral edge thereof toward the center thereof.
