The obtained xylanase has a carbohydrate binding module structural domain capable of reducing the non-catalytic adsorption function of lignin to enzyme, the optimum temperature is 75 DEG C, the xylanase has good thermal stability, xylooligosaccharide with high yield can be obtained after corncob enzymolysis, and the xylanase has good application prospects. 本发明生物技术领域,具体涉及一种对木质素具有低吸附性的耐高温木聚糖酶及在生产低聚木糖中的应用。本发明所述的木聚糖酶,其氨基酸序列如SEQ ID NO:1所示。本发明得到的木聚糖酶带有一个能够降低木质素对酶的非催化性吸附功能的碳水化合物结合模块结构域,最适温度为75℃,具有良好的热稳定性,酶解玉米芯后可得到较高产率的低聚木糖,具有良好的应用前景。
