Summary: | The invention discloses a high-voltage composite positive electrode material and a manufacturing method thereof. The high-voltage composite positive electrode material comprises lithium nickel manganese oxide powder and fluorinated lithium vanadium phosphate powder. The lithium nickel manganese oxide powder has a first average particle size. The mole number ratio of the fluorinated lithium vanadium phosphate powder to the lithium nickel manganese oxide powder is not greater than 0.5, the fluorinated lithium vanadium phosphate powder has a second average particle size which is smaller than one tenth of the first average particle size, and the fluorinated lithium vanadium phosphate powder and the lithium nickel manganese oxide powder are mixed in a mechanical mode to form a mixture; and coating the surface of the lithium nickel manganese oxide powder with the fluorinated lithium vanadium phosphate powder to form the high-voltage composite positive electrode material.
